We stayed at Taj so we could enjoy the property and the food. The breakfast at latitude offers a lot of options and is enjoyable. The dinner had lesser options but the food served is of great taste and quality. A special call out for the courtesy of the staff. Eating here is really recommended
Lovely restuarant inside the Taj. Breakfast is super duper awesome included in stay. It has all the food varieties you can think of..from English breakfast to your paraṅṭha and dosa.We had dinner as well and it was a good experience. The quantity of main course is satisfactory, and pizza(thin crust) was enjoyed by kids very well. Overall nice to be there, I wouldn’t mind being there again.
So how about pav bhaji at the Taj. Actually not bad. Very creamy and a huge portion. The garden cafe is a brilliant place to relax and dine after a days hardwork. Also tried the breakfast at this place and the limited Indian options were a surprise. Got very friendly staff.
This heritage inviting ambience would set your mood anyways. And the accompanying food – a veg extravagant thali was sumptuous. Loved Pithala the most. The food was complimented with a live lavani performance and top notch Taj hospitality. The buffet breakfast was also great though i missed the Poha on the menu! Chef was gracious to meet us and offer the same but didnt have any more apetite left. Truly a five star setup.
Amazing place to be great food and after all it is all about tajness ❤️Also the tea house the specialty Chinese restaurant is great with delicious food and the bar serves different varieties of alcohol and spirits
The name says it all. A decent place with good service and obviously calls for a hefty wallet. Can try once if you wanna spend money king size.
Location: Located at the garden level, latitude is a cozy restaurant with a multi cuisine menu Decor:Simple old world charm with a wooden flooring and upholstered chairs and sofas with table cloths et al.Service This is where they lost out on points .The trainee at the lobby was excellent and accompanied us to our table .However, the servers took forever to serve and brought dishes separately to the table ! As a result by the time the roti arrived the food was cold!! Food quality :Below average The Malvani chicken had zero flavour and was a simple home made chicken curry ! The kebab platter is also not too large and the kebabs had either been over done or reheated as none were juicy and succulent The fish curry was the only redeeming factor! A lot of tables were complaining of the same and the table next to us even called the chef to tel him off!The brownie was excellent though Price : Compared to the Taj properties in metros , it is quite well priced and the portion size is average .We were feeling too cold to sit outside , otherwise the local dance performances in the massive garden would have made up for all the lost flavours . Avoidable
