The amount shown in the menu is different (300) , but the delivery person had asked for 400 and refused to give the cake when i said the amount mentioned is different.this is really a very bad service from this shop. At least the person over call can let us know the correct price of the cake so that I would be prepared for the same.
I have a history of the number of cakes I have ordered or customised from this particular outlet. The cakes are nice considering the price and quantity provided. Best thing is that they are all Eggleston. Only thing they need to improve in is the variety and flavours of cakesPersonal recommendation-rasmalai cake, I guess they are the only ones to make that.Also please expand delivery to many other locations and a that too free ones.
Purchased 3 pastries from this shop. While eating we found that all the pastries were stale..sour taste from the sweet dish..stop selling stale cakes n all, It can lead to food poisoning.
I got a cake that was completely rotten. Understood it only after cutting and having a bite. It was a butterscotch flavour 0.5kg cake. As soon as we had cut it started smelling with foul odour. It tasted very sour. We had to throw it otherwise the room would have been full of bad smell. At this time the cake shop was closed. When contacted they refused to help and asked for the cake for verification. Now who keeps a rotten cake for a whole day. Very very very bad experience. We felt bad as this was a birthday cake and the cake turned out to be rotten. Please don’t buy from them. 🙁
The pastries here are amazing. I felt it a bit costlier. The staff here is impolite. They should learn how to handle customers. The chocolate pastry was the best.
