Selection of food in buffet could be better .. Mocktail was too sweet in taste .. Number of items in starters, main course were too less .. Variety of desserts are not up to the mark .. Staffs are helpful .. Ambience is good ..
We had visited this place with our friends and ordered pizza, pasta, Dahi k kebab. Staff were too slow in service, we got our order after an hour and the food was quite tasteless. None of the staffs were asking how the food was in taste which they served us. Service was quite slow. Food taste could have been better.
Note : {This review and the rating is based on the Rajasthani Food Festival I attended at this place recently}The management and service both were really really excellent here! The staff was prompt and really polite. The ambience of this place has a touch of luxury , sophistication and comfort.Coming to the food, I personally tried :1) Maas Ke Sule : These were spicy barbequed mutton pieces basically. The flavor was nothing much different than a Mutton Kebab you get at any restaurant but the this mutton was so well cooked and fresh and it was nice meaty and melt in mouth. This was my favorite dish here.2) Paneer Ke Sule : These was in simple words a Paneer Tikka dish but again the Paneer had just the perfect amount of spice to it and also the Paneer was fresh & beautifully cooked.3) Banjara Gosht : This was a Mutton Curry cooked in simple Indian spices. It was rich and a little oily and just perfect as it should have been. The mutton pieces were generous in size and also very succulent. Loved it!4) Chicken Tikka Salad : This dish was basically chopped chicken tikka pieces along with some spicy and a normal chopped onions and garnished with chaat masala and coriander. This is a perfect dish to go with some nice beer!5) Ghewar : The malai and sweet flour filling of ghevar had a creamy and a little nutty texture and I really loved that as it complimented the deep fried sweet and crunchy base of the Ghewar.6) Balushahi : I love Balushahi because it’s a nice sticky, flaky pastry deep fried and soaked in sweet syrup with a nice heavy sweet maida and malai and dryfuits filling and this dessert delivered all of this perfectly.Visit this place definitely for their Rajasthani Food Festival and don’t miss out as it gets over on 25th October and also because it’s really worth trying these the Royal Rajasthani Delicacies!!
