  Review No 487: Puneri Vada is your very typical not over the top quick snack center. One of its biggest positives is the location (being located in the busy Shivaji Chowk junction). Having tried quick snacks from this place on two occasions while waiting for my ride, I can only suggest that you stick to what the name prescribes to Vada and samosas are the better options here. The chowk itself is in dearth of a good quick bite place in spite of the fact you will also see a beeline of people waiting for buses, cabs etc to get to the City. Though there is a option to stand and eat inside but its for namesake. Best to take your grub and move. Keeping this short, keep this as an option if others fail whilst you are in the chowk area. Ratings on basis the experience so far: Food: 3/5 Price: 3.5/5 Service: 2/5 Ambience: 2/5 ***************** Overall: 3/5 (Implied Rating of 3)

  I am rating this outlet in small quick service outlet category.Located on a prime location i.e, Shivaji chowk on hinjewadi road, Hinjewadi➖➖➖Ambience : A small shop outlet with ground floor and first floor.➖➖➖Food :I ordered misal pav and Pav bhaji.Misal pav : The pav was normal. The rassa with matki and other sprouts was hot, like really hot. It was also too oily.Pav bhaji : Bhaji was good and garnished with tup(ghee) and coriander. You can expect a moderate taste from a small outlets like this.Pav were good, brushed with a layer of oil on top.➖➖➖Service : Its good, but you ll have to eat while standing. Serves daily eat maharashtrian dishes like misal pav, vada pav, bhaji, etc. They also serve idli sambhar and related south indian dishes and chinese foods. They serve lunch like you get on a proper mess system.➖➖➖Price : Normal prices ranging from Rs 15 for a vada pav to 150 depending upon dishes.➖➖➖Ratings -Ambience: 2/5 ⭐⭐Food : 2/5 ⭐⭐Service : 3/5 ⭐⭐⭐Price : 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Nice crispy fresh wada pav.Only thing I don’t like is they apply chutney to Pav, which is little spicy . Should give at side , so no spice lovers can enjoy the taste .

  Being located at a prime and ever crowded location of Shivaji Chowk, Puneri vada attracts a lot of crowd during peak and regular hours as well. Exteriors are average and unpleasant. Same goes with the interiors as well with no proper cleanliness maintained. Due to lack of cheap options around opted to enter this place and try their vada after which the place is named; however the vadas were cold and just reheated in oven and served to customers. Hence tried vegetable puff which is priced at around 15rs. Puff was reheated in oven and tasted ordinary. Fillings were quite less which was a turnoff. Tamarind chutney is too sweet however garlic chutney was the only saving grace. Overall disappointing experience from this place and making me go here again will be a task cutout for the person convincing me! 😉 Cheers..

  Worst Veg Maratha I ever had. It had nothing except for that onion tomato gravy, no vegetables, no vegetable balls nothing. If possible I will rate this restaurant below zero.

  This place serves local maharshtrian food and typical snacks type food which is known as staple food and one will love this when in PuneSabudana khicdi,sabudana vada,batata vada,misal,usal,bhajipav,etc
