We ordered chikken tikka which was not good. For the main course we had dal makhni which again was not the worth money. Very slow service and the staff wont even listen. We had to call them 5-6 times for everything. Bad experience.
Went to saundarya garden on a dry day. Missed out on drinks.. But that compensated with delicious starters. Ordered mutton sukha and surmai fish. Both were amazingly tasty. Service is quick and staff is hostile. Must visit.
We went there for dinner and ordered paneer chilly for starters ,masala papad , paneer mussallam, dal tadka ,roti and rice for main course.What we liked:Paneer mussallam: It was recommended by hotel staff and let me tell you it was very good. If you are visiting this place and looking for Paneer Curry ,you should atleast give it a try. It was very yumm.What we didn’t like:Paneer chilly : First time when it came it wasn’t tasty, paneer was good but other flaours were not mixed well with it. We ordered again the same dish but this time we did asked the staff to make it properly but again we were disappointed.Dal tadka was also okay types.Apart from this, Ambience was good and staff was also polite.Hence 3 stars from my side.
Pathetic food and service.We found a cockroach in one of the mocktails that we had ordered when the drink was almost 3/4th finished. And we found out that it was a cockroach when it was sipped through the straw and was in my friend’s mouth. When we told the manager the same, he said that it is not possible that a mosquito is present in your drinks. He was implying that we put it in there to get discount on our food. He was arguing with us and when we asked that we need it in writing that if anything happens to the person who consumed that drink, the restaurant will be held responsible, he said that the office is closed and we should come again tomorrow to take it in writing. And he sent us a bill with the mocktails removed from the bill. Another staff member had to come and rescue the situation as the manager had made a mess of it. We asked for the complete bill, paid it and left the place. We have filed a complaint about this in the consumer forum as well.We would not recommend this place to anyone.
