Very good service. All the ordered food quickly delivered. Taste was good. Great ambience. Amazing DJ, infact very good dance floor.Seating arrangement can be better (since it was weekend, and restaurant was houseful ;)) And all good! I recommend this with no doubt.
Was here few days back. This place is located in Hinjewadi. The ambience is nice. There is a dance floor also. Staff is cooperative and friendly. We had Paneer dishes and Chicken starters so the serving was good. The taste was good. Seating arrangement is more. Very hygienic. Nice place to hang out with friends.So all over rating I will give to this place is 4/5

I went through eatigo 50% flat offTotal bill 3400 approx which was then given the eatigo disc and came to 1700approx Food was tasty but – loaded nachos had absolutely nothing loaded waste of money- Kashmiri chicken curry was blank – drumsticks was wrapped in a sweet sauce and no schezwan chutney served- had ordered a chicken kabab but no green chutney served with it Ambience is classic so hence may be pricyIt wasn’t that astounding to be so costly If eatigo wouldn’t be there with such disc offer I would had regretted going here Only the cleaning staff were really courteous Order taking Staff !!! Gosh never experienced such disappointing staffOrdered for non veg soup served veg soup and that too no regret of wrong order being served After we were done with starter the non veg arrivedThe waiter messed up with our drink too!! So that was quite disappointing Service charge 7% chargedPeople who follow me have known the fact that am against paying this only when :- they don’t announce and charge- They write on menu card so small that magnifying glass is required to be read- And here the reason of charging has mesmerised me the waiter stated “people who come through eatigo availing offer have to mandatorily pay service charge”Seriously means the restaurant knows it is facing a loss by giving all these offers and hence service charge is applied in the try to recover that loss amount somehow!! Or else I don’t find a valid logic in this statementAnd here none of them acquainted us before entering the restaurant that service charge is mandatory if eatigo is opted. They have asked the redemption code atleast 5times but no mentioning of service charge And then we stated these order mistakes, staff negligence, slow service, no mention of service charge before to the manager – he waved the service charge
Ambience :5/5Vfm:4/5Food:4/5Spice factory has a beautiful ambience along with good background music playing it has got its own dancing stage.This is a great place if you are looking for a family dinner or a casual dinner with your partner.Coming to the food section it has got variety of stufs that you can try.From starters to main course to the dessers it also has a bar section.I visited this place with my freinds and we all loved this place amd the food they served the staff is also very supportive.
Good Ambiance, went with family for dinner, food is delicious, service is little bit slow, but all staffs are good. Little bit parking issue. Overall good place.
Visited here recently. The Spice factory is one of the resto with great ambience and food. The lighting’s were attractive and staff was also kind and helpful. Following are the Recommendations by me.• Recommendations by me :1) Chicken Wings BBQ2) Tandoori Popsicle with Hulk salad3) Veg BiryaniThe resto has a pleasant environment. And it’s a open resto resulting in cold breeze all time which will be great for some and bad for some. The interior is good and attractive.The taste, ambience, staff, service is good. Overall my experience was great. They’ve a wide range of drinks too. Go and check out the whole menu and try your needs of food and drinks at Spice factory.
