They don’t even accept zomato gold. Worst place. First they asked us to sit, then they said that there is no zomato gold offer. And why it is even listed on the page.
I have been going to this place since 5 years and they never disappointed me. Recently I went there with my family for lunch on a Sunday which we had booked 3days ago. the soup was great. Then we started with the starters the kebab had bones. Then chicken curry was floating with chicken skin without any chicken pieces. The curd rice was pungent. There was no sugar in the sevai Kheer. The service was slow in refilling the food. Also there was a hair in the noodles and when complained there was no response. It was a very bad experience. The whole experience was a disaster.We spoke with the chef and fnb staff. Their heads or manager were not available. Nothing was fresh. When we complained about the kebab their response was due to monsoon season there were bones in the kebab. A team of 10-15 staff were not able to handle a table of 14 pax.I donot recommend this place.
We had visited this multiple times before but this time they crossed all limits of not serving properly. The starter chicken had bones, Chinese starters were salty and main course didn’t had any taste. No fish in fish curry, no chicken in chicken biryani, no paneer, and many more like this. We came to celebrate birthday but a frustrating experience. The main chef and manager were not available for discussion. Would never recommend this place anymore.
We went for a team lunch yesterday, the staff was nice and welcoming. But the food was not very great. Considering the price they charge per person , I expected the food quality to match the price. They had variety, but the food tasted very normal. Can improve a lot on the taste. Found it to be costly for the quality of food served.
