  Nestled in the skyline of Hinjewadi, Tarsh Gastronomia is an icon. The prefect manifestation of an ideal restaurant. An impeccable embodiment of perfect service, mesmerizing ambience and high quality food. Tarsh Gastronomia is located at White Square in hinjewadi. It is a beautiful rooftop restaurant with mesmerizing ambience. It is a medium sized outlet.They have both indoor and outdoor rooftop seating. I visited Tarsh on a weekday afternoon for lunch with a friend. And I loved this place so much that came back again immediately next week. Tarsh Gastronomia specializes in serving north indian and mughlai food with both A La Carte and buffet options. We opted for the buffet menu. They have a really wide range dishes in their buffet menu. We were served a number of starters. So many starters that we lost track of what their names were. Really amazing. In vegetarian starters, Hare masale ka bhuna paneer wes served first. The paneer was soft, fresh and really tasty. The mild green spices were spot on. Achari aloo was acceptable. I personally am not a big fan of potatoes. Subz seekh kebab were again spot on and really tasty. The kebabs were cooked to perfection and almost melted in your mouth. Makai adrak ki tikki although being really great lacked consistency. While most of the portions were really tasty a couple of them were bland and tasteless. Steamed veg dimsums proved to be one of the rare misses among all the hits. The veggie stuffing was just not good enough. And then came the most important dish- The crispy corn. No buffet is complete without crispy corn. Marinated with tangy sauce the crispy corn was oh so delicious. The thin crust tomato and bell pepper pizza was great as well. Murgh angaar-e-laziz was the star dish for me. My favorate dish. Lovely creamy mayo topping on a spicy chiken kebab. It was a delight. Chiken galauti kebab were again melting in the mouth. In contrast to the veg dimsums, the chiken dimsums were really yumm. The stuffing was juicy, soft and well seasoned. Another rockstar among starters was the schezwan chiken wings. The schezwan sauce was the one to die for. The pesto fish was brilliant yet so simple preparation. Loved it. After so many starters and loads of dessert waiting, we tried only a couple of main course dishes. Ande ka korma was really average. Bland and tasteless. The paneer butter masala on the other hand was lovely. Creamy rich gravy in soft succulent paneer. Loved it. The butter nans were good. At chaat counter we tried pani puri, spdp and aloo tikki. While pani puri and spdp were average, aloo tikki was lipsmackingly delicious. The hot jalebis served were heavenly. I am big fan of jalebis and when there are served hot they litereally open the gates of heaven for me. The chocolate lollipop was another dessert worth mentioning. The pastries were really good. Brownie was average and the pista barfi was too sweet for my liking. The service is really good and fast. The staff was polite and efficient. They took a lot of efforts to make us feel at home. The quality of food is great. Reasonable prices. Will visit again for sure.

  Had a nice food nothing to say about tarsh we are not aware of tarsh first visit but excellent and memorable tarsh made our day. Love everything 18 starter on the table and taste crazy one more thing they are giving Multicusin food. Thanks to all staff ali salman tapas ahidul. Keep it up tarsh gastronomia .
