Horrible service. Very poor. The food is oily and their staff does not have any idea about location for home delivery. My place is bang opposite to their restaurant but still they could not locate it for 2 hrs.
Decent meals all together. Ambience is average. Tried only veg dishes and they turned out to be good. Good place if you are looking for a budget eatery or take away for that matter.
This was on of the very first restaurants I tried at Kamothe, and instantly fell in love with the food. Though it used to be very spicy, I still love the dripping gravy over naan and chicken. Even their veg items were good (except kofta- which most of the restaurants are not able to get right). Then competitors came in, and Mirch Masala still was the same. All would have been good if they had made the ambiance better and got proper seating, I cannot get my family anymore here due to all rowdy folks mostly seen as customers.Gradually I stopped going there and even stopped ordering food from them, because they would sometimes offer stupid excuses as why they cannot deliver- so well I sought out other hotels, and was happy. I wish Mirch Masala would realize what it is losing. They may be happy with their present state, but sure they can make customers happier if they upgrade.
The ambience is not so great here and So don’t want to go there and eat. The chinese cooked outside the restaurant will make anybody walking on the street outside cough his lungs out.But that doesn’t stop me from ordering the food at home which is real tasty.Food is good and reasonable price. Home delivery service is also good as the food comes in reasonable time even during peak timings.
