Food: Freshly made. Macaroons were well worth the price. Flavours were spot on. Delivery: Delivered on time and as promised. Rather went out of the way to make sure we received our order on time, despite the weather conditions.Staff: Spoke very professionally and the added touch of courtesy makes this enterprise worthy of being in the business of food.

An exception to Shakespeare’s belief, there’s a lot in the name of this relatively new virtual kitchen patisserie situated in Viman Nagar. Ambrozia in its literal sense means the “food of Gods”. The logo compliments the name, depicting nectarines(peach family fruit) which according to Greek mythology is considered the fruit consumed by Gods. And it doesn’t end here, the idea is well articulated in the packaging as well. My order from Ambrozia came in an immaculate white box with a small golden logo embossed on it.But does the content of the box really match up to the taste of Gods? Read on to find out! This place majorly specializes in a gamut of French macarons and truffles. Macarons are available in flavors like tiramisu, raspberry, bubblegum, lavender, mango, mint chocolate, dark chocolate, mango etc. These vibrant cream filled cookie sandwiches are an absolute delight. The texture of the cookie is smooth, the taste in itself is just a little chewy and soft. Moreover the ganache filling is smooth and flavorful. One good thing about these is that unlike most of the other places the macarons are not too sweet and one can taste the flavor without sugar overpowering it. Overall, macarons here are nothing short of perfection and are a must try. Truffles are another confectionery on the menu which, like macarons do not fail to satiate your taste buds. These small lopsided balls of chocolate are dense in texture and rich in taste. One can take a pick from variants like red velvet, cookies and cream, mint dark chocolate etc. Having written about the branding and logo at length, it would be unfair to not mention that there’s more to Ambrozia than just white and gold, cookie and cream. What doesn’t show is the story of a chef who after tackling a lot of impediments started her entrepreneurial journey with a sincere aim of serving the people of Pune, a taste of her diligently curated recipes. While there’s a scope of expansion in the menu, I see Ambrozia as a debutante who is proliferating and pleasing taste buds in the dessert delivery space. So for all those gourmands out there who are looking for some scrumptious macarons or truffles without shelling out a lot of money, you can have them delivered at your doorstep from Ambrozia Patisserie and experience the deliciousness. Bon Appétit!
The tiramisu macaron is amazing. However just a small disappointment. I asked for double chocolate and dark chocolate, however I got only one and I got another different flavour instead . Would have preferred and told me about out of stock situation .Loved the crunch in the Macaron and the filling is a very generous amount

One of the delicious macaroons and truffles I have had. This place has amazing delicacies. And I love the packaging too. Can’t get over these mouth watering desserts.
If you taste but one macaron in this town, may it be from Ambrozia. The pâtisserie is owned by this young and promising chef Sneha. Lines are long. Be patient. The macarons are so small, so perfect. The top of the cookie is as flat as a wafer. The rest is ruffle, or pied as the French call it! The ratio of cookie to filling (of flaky to gooey to creamy) is golden. No need to consult a flavor chart: each macaron announces itself. I will surely be coming back for more!
