  Out of nowhere we decided to go to Arbour kitchen and it was the best spontaneous decision I have ever made!Loved the simple and minimalistic ambience. To add to it, the staff was really courteous and we were served efficiently.The food was too good. Kudos to chef for making the dish Sous vide sage roasted beef tenderloin to perfection!I also had LIIT which was great too!I will rate this place 5 on 5.

  ArbourArbour is a quaint place in by lanes of Kalayani Nagar, this place totally gives European cafe/bistro vibes. The place is not very big, they have a small inner section with a bar. The outside area is pretty decently sized, now they have a boutique upstairs where they showcase a collection of shawls, pashminas, and other stuff. Service here is really impressive, everyone thrives to give you the best experience. Food and drinks arrive in no time and quality is really good. I visited the place after almost a year, I had been to their launch and after that, I visited a couple of days back. After settling I realized I have done a mistake by not visiting them after the launch. I had already liked the place but now the place has become more gorgeous. They have done really good changes in the menu as well, anyway I was there so I decided to make most of it. I started with a soup Roasted Garlic, Parmesan & Spinach VelouteA perfection arrived in the bowl!! A rich Veloute sauce based soup was just brilliant. Perfect richness, perfectly flavored and tasted lovely. I become emotional when I eat something really good and this was that moment. My winter afternoon had an amazing start!After that, we moved to appetizers (small plates)Yellow Cheddar and Thecha Potato Bomb I had heard really good things about this dish so I ordered with loads of expectations. I was also worried that this should not be cheese stuffed Batata Wada. Chef Tushar knocked the ball out of the ground with this one, I have eaten the Wada Pav all my life but this thing is just amazing. They make sure that they cross your standards and pass with flying colors. Honey Mustard Chicken TikkaI like honey and I like mustard but both things together with chicken sounded a little dicey to me and I guess that is why I decided to go for it. Thank god we ordered this one, the meat was luscious, marination was on point and the entire recipe worked out very well. Sambal Olek Indonesian Prawns If you know me I’m a sucker for Indian food I love curries and sauces to my death. Sambal is one of my favorites, the mix of chilies and garlic brings of really good flavors. This one was on a spicier side and I guess that is what Impressed me more. Its collaboration with Prawns was made in heaven, I literally licked the sauce off the pan. In mains we had Malaysian Laksa bowl with Prawn Prettiest thing I ate that day, of course not just pretty it was lip-smacking also. The bowl was packed with flavors. They had created perfection with noodles, prawns, eggs, sprouts, veggies and of course Laksa sauce. This is the latest addition in my comfort food list and it will stay there forever! We ended our meal on a sweet note, Red Wine and Dark Chocolate Mousse Melt in the mouth texture with balanced sweetness and the wine created the magic. Do not miss this on your next visit and thank me later. My entire experience here was lovely, I will definitely visit again and recommend it to all my friends and family.
