So, it was my parents anniversary and I put blind trust with cakes only on Copper chocs and Daisy Dozen by AK. I discovered Daisy Dozen was shut and I was a little far from Copper chocs. I decided to give this place a try. Following is my experience-:Ambiance- It is a nice shop having a limited variety of cakes in the shelf. As the name suggests, they have mostly only chocolate variants of cakes and a few pastries. The ambiance is good but nothing extraordinary. There is no seating available inside. 3.5/5Service- No qualms here. Nothing to complain about as such. 4/5Food- I found the variety very limited but I picked up the following-:Choco Truffle Cake- Priced at 400/- for half a kg, this one was super soft, fresh, moist and yum. It had a rich chocolate cum slight nutty flavour. Me and my parents both loved it. It just melted in our mouth. 5/5Chocolate Truffle Pastries- Was really yum. It was so soft, moist and juicy which made me crave for more. It had a slight nutty flavor midst of the chocolate. I would love to have this again. 5/5Two quick tips for the owner:1) I find the prices slightly higher. If they would reduce their prices, they can increase their customer base.2) The variety is very less. I understand the theme is chocolate but chocolate can be further combined and permuted with so many other flavours.PS- The chocolate bouquet looked nice. Will I come here again? I liked what I got, so if I am in this area, I would not mind picking up the cake from here.
Worst Services. I simply call to ask my Refund Amount, but the Owner of the chocolate Story who answered the call was so rude stating that they don’t refund the money and hung up the call. At least you need to learn some phone etiquettes. Really Pathetic and Ridiculous.
The cake takes great indeed. I give 2 stars for the staff I should give zero though.I pre-booked a chocolate cake for a frnds bday and prepaid too. When I go for pickup the store owner said she does not have cone to write the name on the cake today (which she did not tell me before). When I asked them to do something there were around 5 people to serve the customer and were looking at my face for solution. Finally they find a cone which has chocolate cream to write on a chocolate cake. The cake looked sad.Very lousy staff.
I had ordered four things and i recieved only two. One choclate pack and one cake in cup but i had order 2 chocolate packs one brownie and one cake. I don’t why other things have not been delivered.
It’s good to have an eggless patisserie in the neighbourhood. Ideally this would’ve been my go-to place for my sweet tooth cravings; but their stocks seem to be limited!Only 2-3 out of the dozen or so pastries (listed on the menu) are available at any given time. The brownies are also never to be found. This *lack of stock* is a letdown to any customer. Restaurant owners kindly look into a more effective inventory management to make sure what you’ve mentioned on your menu can atleast be found in stock. I’ve walked in many times during the day and regrettably walked out empty handed coz of lack of stocks. On the brighter side, what you can find in stock is usually pretty lipsmacking. The truffles (when available) are good and the chocolate truffle pastry is purely decadent. Silky gooey goodness of chocolate with the right balance of bitter and sweet.I just ate one of these pastries recently and writing this review, I can still remember the taste as clear as day. Thumbs up for that! The chocolate gift baskets and other chocolate assortments are overpriced though. If I can get to see more varieties of brownies and pastries on display (other than the lacklustre black forest and pineapple), I’d like to then come back for more *_*. Please do look into reinvigorating your menu with some fresh innovation!!Adiós & Good luck =)
I have bought cakes from here a few years ago. I have tried the Chocolate Truffle flavour cake.Chocolate Truffle [Around ₹400]It was soft and yummy and everyone loved it. The chocolate was very tasty. The cakes here are better than that of other cake shops which just give out simple cakes at good price. The cakes here might be slightly expensive in comparison but the taste and quality is very good comparatively.Overall :Ambiance : 4/5Service : 4/5Food : 4.5/5Value For Money : 4/5
Chocolates are good but a little over priced but i found cakes and pastries were just okayish .If you do card payment they take extra vat which is quite painful to our pockets.
