Had a great experience in Coastal Hut having prawns made in a fabulous way. The owner with her kind gesture also offered me a plate of fried prawn rice free of cost to try out the delicacy. Highly impressed by the location , ambience and the service of Costal Hut . Highly recommended to people planning on filling their stomachs with great sea food.
A little homely place in viman nagar, this restaurant has been opened in the front yard of a home. There is not much ambiance to speak of, but the amazing fish speaks for itself to make us want to visit the place again.However, the serving time is just too long. The wait time is mainly due to the face that the food is cooked after an order is placed. But the wait time we had during this visit was way beyond expectations.Having visited this place earlier, we knew about the long waits. So we decided to call in and place our order. We were just hanging around in the dame area. So about half hour after placing the order, we went to the restaurant to confirm our order and to check if the food was ready. We were told it wasnt. So, we roamed around a bit more and finally came back to the restaurant another half hour later. Surely, an hour should have been sufficient to cook everythint we had ordered. However, it took another hour of waiting for our order to be served. We had ordered about 3 dishes – 2 fish fries and a fish curry. Almost two hours is too long a wait at any restaurant to serve. Though the fish is really tasty, it is not worth such a oing wait surely. I would recommend the management to find some solution to this if they hope that their customers keep revisiting.
This place is a total yes yes if you love sea food and want to taste some real tasty food . Quality and quantity are both good.A must visit place
The food served in coastal hut is amazing. Home style food and cooked and served to people with love. It takes time for the food to be served but, that is only because everything is cooked fresh and served warm. This place is worth the time spent there and the money spent. I would recommend this place to people who love sea food.

Peaceful locality. Set within the lanes of Viman Nagar. The food is awesome. The taste,quantity and quality are good. We had Prawns Tempura and Crumb Fried Shark Fillet and it was really nice.
