  Well the name itself is so big that it needs no more explanation.Hard Rock is the heaven on the earth when it comes to chilling out all your time, chit chatting and dancing over some great food, booze and musicI was actually lucky being here on a Sunday night with my friend and as the music hits hard as soon as you enter the place, your heart skips a beat and feels like walking through a musical museum.This is because when you take a walk and look around on the walls, you’ll see lots of guitars, music discs and more often the costumes worn by the famous music artists which are definite genuineI was at their pune branch, the only Hard Rock in Pune. And what a lit place it was around, with so much other places to hangout and so much party crowd around that the it does felt like the cheerful vibes in the air.Starting with their interior, it was 1+1, being dining at the ground floor and lounge area on the upper. And so much huge the place is, Including the dance floor and bar counter in the middle and a platform with band instruments for the band that often perform here at least once in a week.Such spacious arrangement was made that you will definitely have your own private dining experience wherever you sit.Let’s talk about the food and the drinksAfter having a walk around it was high time for some food and drinks so we asked for the recommendations they have to suggest from the bar and food menuSo at first we ordered a Non vegetarian Nachos Palooza alongside an Ultimate LIIT and a hopper craft beerNachos were so crisp and topped with perfect amount of salsa and served with mayo dip was awesomely tasty and a perfect starter to go hand in hand with the craft beerLIIT was perfectly refreshing with right amount of every liquor, having vodka, gin, Bacardi Carta Blanca and Smirnoff orange making it a perfect evening stress busting cocktailBeing a hardcore cocktail lover since very long, I always love to try out the extensive bar menu at different places and more tipsier I get, more it helps my taste buds being the perfect judgesSo next in cocktails we had Hurricane, a rumbling blend of orange, mango and pineapple juice, infused with Bacardi superior, Bacardi superior black, amaretto and grenadine syrup and garnished with orange.And a mocktail being a companion which was a Wild Berry Smoothie, a frozen delight of fresh bananas, pina colada mix, orange juice and raspberry syrup, garnished with a slice of pineapple, a perfect gateway to a refreshing feelingAnd alongside these I had their signature, Legendary Chicken burger, being called legendary for a reason and we actually felt the reason in our stomach thoughSuch a perfectly grilled heavyduty patty enclosed with perfect buns and topped with lettuce was a perfect burger recipeWe were so much full already with the food and drinks and they made us feel more with their courtesy and the way they served us perfect timelySpecial thanks to Ms. Jade for helping us through the menu and suggesting the best of the best and Mr. Eric for making us go through all the musical stuff and sharing histories of some, then Mr. Bharat for helping us make the perfect choices and accepting the honest opinions, special mentions for Mr. Nitesh, Mr. Pravin, Mr. Neron, Mr. Lien, Mr. Donald, Mr. Abhinav and Mr. Lamuel for serving us perfect cocktails and well for showing some bartending skills also.And special thanks to Mr. Deepak for helping us making our experience a memorable one.Thumbs up and keep rocking.

  Best place to have a “real” burger in PuneIt was a bit of long drive, by a Pune standards for me ( 10km, about 30 mins ). But you if you want a “real” burger, while little listening to retro rock music, this is the place to go.There is ample parking ( but expensive- Rs 100- by Pune standards in the Pay n Park ) and there was a bit of walk about about 50-60 metres to restaurant from the parking lot, which was a bit difficult for the senior citizen with us. The restaurant is spacious, with walls decorated with Rock n Roll memorabilia. We had the Original Legendary burger and the Mushroom & Swiss Burger, served with French fries, washed down by drought beers and margaritas. We later sampled their sinful deserts ( Hot fudge sundae & Apple Cobbler). The food expectedly was heavy but tasty and the service was helpful and attentive.Recommended.
