I ordered masala dosa i got a hair in my food which disa2ppointed me but they replace it and give me a new one but what i am concern about its a brand they should be extra carefully while they serve or prepare food but its ok happens hope this will not repeat again with anyone else
Kalyani Veg is a casual dining place located opposite Gold Adlabs in Kalyani nagar. It has decent ambiance. It’s a pure vegetarian restaurant that serves variety of dosas, uttapams, sandwiches, soups, pavbhaji and curries. Service is little bit slow.Coming to food, we had:Sabudana vada:Sabudana vada was soft from inside and crispy from the outside. I liked it.Onion uttapam:Uttam was good and was served with sambhar and chutney.Finger chips:Chips were soggy and lacked seasoning and they didn’t provide any sauce to eat with it.Chai was decent.Overall it is a decent place to try vegetarian food.
This is an iconic restaurant I have been visiting on regular basis since last 12 years. I like their wide spread breakfast menu and in fact all items are delicious. Aweosme fluppy poori and simple aloo onion sabji is my all time favourite, and their signature paper dosa one should not miss. The sambar and chutney are best in class wherever I have tasted in Pune. Although I still have some reservation in their main course items since the gravy for almost all items taste almost same and monotonous. There are a wide variety of savory desserts too. Full of crowd always and awesome place to be with family for a dine out.
I’ve been eating here from almost 15 years and the one redeeming thing about this place has been that it has remained consistently mediocre. You can be assured that whatever you order, you will get the same taste. Whether it’s a Paneer or a mix veg, it’ll be red coloured and have the exact same taste. The sambhar served with the south Indian dishes is also sweet sour.
