We ordered a birthday cake for my daughter’s first birthday party from this place. I had loved their fondant work as I follow them on insta but they did not meet their high standards as shown on the social media. Was disappointed and was a source of annoyance and irritation on the happy occasion.To start with they damaged the cake while coming to the location. You would say what a small dent and why am I making such a huge issue out of it.. Wait till you read ahead. Its first of all they charge a bomb these fondant cake. I paid a whopping 3.5 k for the tiny 2 kg cake. Next we asked them about the delivery options. They said they charge a something extra and deliver the cake to the location. We were like Great!! Next we know the person delivering the cake came all the way to Deccan from Kalyani Nagar on a bloody two wheeler and that’s how the cake got damaged. I mean where am paying so much I might as well have paid something extra for the guy to get an uber or ola.I was extremely pissed. But atleast they had the courtesy to go back get it fixed and get it back two hours later. So the entire party was delayed and all the guests from out of station suffered a delay in their return journey.The story doesn’t end there. When we cut the cake the outer pink cream ( which is looking peachy orange in the pic due to the light) had an intense food colour. Such that it stained everyone’s hands and lips. It looked as if all of us had played holi. I have included a pic of my husband’s hand after he has washed it multiple times with soap and yet has failed to get rid of that horrendous colour. Now I even wonder if that colour used was FDA approved.The only pro was that the fondant work was impeccable and the cake looked pretty in the pictures. The cake basically added to the prop value rather than being the delicious centre piece of the birthday party.

Ordered the Butterscotch cake for my Mom’s birthday from here. Was really good.Didn’t have too much cream and was very soft. Was surprised for an eggless cake to be so soft.Slightly overpriced than other places but worth it.They even customise cakes and have some really pretty designs.Also tried the Belgian Chocolate Mini cake. This too was very good.Good cake place especially for customised cakes.
