Aloo Chat everywhere in delhi is made with fried crispy potatoes with spices and green mint chutney and lemon. They sent it with curd in it. I thought it was a mistake and when i called the place the person was so arrogant and said this is my recipe and i put curd in it! Your recipe is still acceptable but the attitude is not!
