Poor service
We are regulars at Desire since 2014. However off late the standards seem to have fallen drastically. The quality of the food and service has fallen. Sea food is not available most of the time.We ordered Singapore Chicken Noodles and Chicken Malaysian Red Gravy (home delivery). We were promised a delivery time of 30-45 mins. However after calling and reminding 3-4 times, the order finally arrived after 1 hour and 20 mins. This is the last time we are eating from this place.
I had placed an order for Chicken Oyster Chilli Noodles, Thai green curry & Chicken fried rice. The noodles tasted extremely spoilt. I called the restaurant only to inform him about this. I even told him that I did not expect any refund or exchange. He responded very rudely. This is not what I expect for a customer who has ordered from them for over 5 years regularly. I think it’s high time I change over.
Located Near Ghodbunder Highway on the way to Hiranandani Meadows . You have to follow google maps if you are new to Thane to search this very good chinese outlet since last 2 years.Dishes Tried : Wanton Soup is light with freshly prepared wantons dipped in a clear chicken soup no sauces added.Chicken Nainkin Rice was good in terms of quantity. Taste wise its not that spicy but yes definetly tasty.Mongolese Chicken as starter tastes thr same a Lollypop masala Dry only difference being that Mongolese chicken is boneless.Do try this quite chinese outlet the ambience is good ,staff is courteous,quantity of the dishes is great so is the quality and price. Do try Desire Chinese.
