It is a very homely place with no much show.You will get great food at a reasonable price.The fish preparations are very good and would feel like homely preparations from Konkan.Please don’t create any perception by ordering biryani as it would be served as the authentic restaurant.But definitely try fish fry and chicken curry.
This is a nice little, fishy place tucked way inside Karvenagar, so you may never find it! But ask anyone on the footpath (there are no footpaths in Karvenagar) and they’ll tell you how to get there! Once there use your nose to smell your way over the aromatic menu and let aromas lead you to your choice: Prawns, Pomfret, Crabs, Surmai, Bombil, Bangda or Arabian Sea Whale steaks ( this last one is rarely in season, but once in fifty years they run a special)!Do plan a visit here! It’s really good!
