Happened to visit The Shelter Farms this week with friends!!!!I must say, over the years of visit to this place, they have consistently managed to retain the theme of beautiful open Garden restaurant.This time when we visited the change in the chair colours to white makes it look even more Rich and impressive.They have live music night from Wednesday to Friday for some delightful dining experience.Apart from the Garden setup there is a lawn for private functions which can easily accommodate large number of guests.Coming to the service, I felt the crew did a good job. They were quick to get our food well presented.Let’s go through what we tried here:We started the night with some amazing whiskey, vodka based cocktails.Yes, they have intoduced new cocktails in their menu. You can ask the bar tender to get the cocktail as per the choice of your poison.Soup to banta hai before appetizers, so we decided to go ahead with Burmese soup. Rich coconut milk based medium spicy soup is served with a portion ground peanuts, chilli flakes and spring onions.Chicken Irani Kebab was first to arrive along with Paneer Amritsari kebab. Succulent chicken cubes marinated in spicy mix were yum.On the other hand, Paneer Amritsari had fresh and tender Paneer in a medium spicy yellow spices.Chicken Chilli Kebab for spicy kebab lovers is must have for that aromatic and flavourful infusion of capsicum.Mutton Seekh Kebab, finely minced mutton kebab presented with the green chutney is just delicious.Coming to mains we had, Chicken Lababdar and Chicken Nawabi. Among the both I preferred the chicken Lababdar, chicken shredded pieces has unique spicy and sweet hints makes this dish interesting.I loved their mutton matka dum biryani, perfectly cooked mutton cubes, the flavours and aroma of the biryani being preserved tasted simply delicious.(Must Have)Desserts we settled of in-house made Gulab Jamun. The mouthwatering dessert is served fresh and hot.Overall, The Shelter Farms maintains the quality of the food I have had over the years. Surely visiting again.
