The rating of 3 stars is given purely on basis of the owner being honest..Below is my experience:-Had ordered pot rice..Order arrived quickly through Zomato..The delivery guy got 3 containers minus the bill..When asked about why no bags(clothe or paper bags) he told, the restaurant has the bags out of stock and the owner accepted the same ..Round 2:-Pot rice=triple riceI called up the restaurant, owner was trying to cover up that the cook in morning and evening are different so the mess up..Round 3:-The owner was aplogietic (hence the rating of 3)He told he will give free order etc..Result 4:-Since it was 1.30 am told him don’t want anything nowResult 5:-Triple rice gravy was disasterIt had foul odourVerdict:-Work on customer satisfactionYou guys are new I know butBe more awareBe more result oriented
