I had ordered from Ramashraya Parcel Kitchen and would say that the food was excellent and Ramashraya maintained my requirement and instructions.
I gave an order which was first of all not accepted at all later on after an hour Zomato placed my order . I had ordered for VEG DIWANI HANDI and not PALAK PANEER!!. I hope the restuarant understands difference between both. Worst experience nva order from this place.
We ordered 2 subjis and 1 masala paratha today. Taste was really substandard.1. Bhoona masala – the punjabi subji has Manchurian balls in it. And it was not tasting good at all.2. Jalfrazi- This is expected to be tomoto gravy based subji. But it’s taste was dominated by onion and turmeric.3. Paratha -it was the better amongst the lot but it was half cooked and very thick at the edges.Ramashray was known for its quality and taste but today was a major turned down.
WORST FOOD EVER! Don’t ever buy any type of food from this restaurant. Second time they’ve sent me stale food which is worst of all from other restaurants. After sales service is also bad. They don’t pickup your calls once food is delivered.
