If one is ever craving for good Maharashtrian non veg ..with some spicy flavour in mutton and chicken then Kaveri is the place to be ..they serve awesome thalis both veg and non veg ..nothing special about the ambience ..it’s all about tasty food here..service is fine.
Food is not good. Very spicy. This is not how Kolhapuri authentic food tastes like.The waiters look shabby and have no training in serving or food handling. Taste was bad. All the food items were excessive oily and filled with red chillies.Unclean plates and glasses were given to us. No tissue paper on table. Tissue paper is inserted in customers glass on request. Very bad experience.
Very tasty food. A place known for its mutton thali and jowar/bajra bhakri. Had the mutton thali and ‘twas one of the best thalis. They don’t confuse you with too many dishes. Simple bhakri with mutton curry. And the mutton just peeled off it’s bones. Worth trying.
