I asked for candle along with the order. but it was not delivered. Really panicked
delivery late by 30 minutes
Cake Quality is great! but i got suffered by delivery Issues..
I have been here twice and first time i had red velvet Pastry and then second time Rasmalai Cake.This shop also provide the cake with customized picture on the top of it .Over all taste and the varieties of pastry available here is very good . Price is fine . This is a takeaway as there is not much space to sit and have the things .Cake and Pastry Taste : 5/5Price : 3.5/5Service : 4/5
Kids Birthday Party is scheduled at 5pm. They asked me to come anytime after 2pm to pickup the delivery. It’s 4.30pm and cake is not here yet. Will post about taste later but first impression is not at all good.
I asked for the order to be delivered between 4pm-5pm and the same was done. I appreciate you for that. I requested for candles to be delivered & I was assured that the candles would be delivered however later the delivery boy said that he forgot to deliver the candles. I believe this is done purposely as I saw a similar kind of review where the candles were not delivered.
Had 3 different dessert items from which 2 were stale. The idea of the desserts were good but couldn’t reach the expectation. When asked about the names or at least what the desserts were made of to which the employee pretty vaguely informed that on was a strawberry topped dessert, one was a choco chip dessert and the third was black forest (not the pastry). Polite employee but this place needs more efficiency. For price I’ll give it 4/5. It had some decent looking cookies too. Maybe the store has just opened hence needs tons of changes. Its at a good location beside the highway
