I have the most pathetic experience with sweet India. After confirming that Rabdi is available with them, I have ordered for 9 bowls of Rabdi for my team at office. Instead of Rabdi they have sent crushed ras malai with an awful taste. You must have already denied at the time of order that Rabdi is not available with you instead of making people fool by serving such a pathetic and unfresh sweet. People very well know the difference between ras malai and rabdi. We have trusted you as even without tasting we have ordered a good amount of sweet with good cost as well. I will never purchase/order anything from sweet india and recommend the same to others also.
I have often been to this place to buy a verity of items like chocolates, ice creams or snacks like potato wafers, aerated drinks like coke and thumbs up and other things. They have a good range of ice creams as well including Amul,Kwality walls and baskin robins. My only objection is that their stock keeps fluctuating as in all items aren’t available all the time and a lot of times the items that I wanted were out of stock. They even have a live chat counter and a sweets counter which has all types of Bengali and Rajasthani mithai.
Kharadi has its own version of a chapoan bhog!!! Excellent fresh sweet meats and snacks on the go for those that want clean, fresh, tasty stuff. The motichoor ladu is fast moving and excellent. The milk cake is a another show stopper here. The bengali sweets are also superb especially the malai sandwich n the mini rasmalai. Do not miss the fafda jalebi. Morning breakfast should not be without it!
I visit this place only for packed foods and ice-creams. Once while eating pani puri and chat saw a rat running on top shelves. When we informed the person on the counter he gave a blank reaction and said ‘kuch nahi hota hai’. Sweats are not great either, Kaka halwai and Gagan sweets server better quality and taste.
Nice place to have quick bite of snacks/sweets. We had kulfis and chats, all were good. There also have other varieties in sweets and snacks which we’ll taste in our next visit.
This sweets – snacks shop is not a friendly place. The staff is rude and does not care for customers. They have adopted this bad habit of always offering chocolates, chewing gums instead of money exchanges and If you don’t accept it, they will even ask you to go empty hand. Credit cards are accepted only above Rs 200/- and in case you are running short on cash do not expect them to give you the CC option. They will simply ask you to keep the stuff and leave.
And my sweet tooth is back. For the last 8-10 days I have been gorging on a variety of sweets from this outlet.Located near Eon IT park, Kharadi, this place has 2 sections—one of sweets and other for snacks (dhokla and chaats)—and is very well lit.I have tried most of their sweets as well as savoury items. All the sweets served are fresh and has much better quality than the sweet marts nearby.I really love their Rabdi, Mango and Anjeer barfi, Ras malai and Jalebi (thin and crispy). The only thing which has disappointed me is their Pyaaz Kachori. Since these guys and I belong to Rajasthan, I did not find the same taste for Kachori as I have had in Jodhpur and Udaipur.Another impressive thing to note is the hygiene that they have.Cheers@Team Sweets India
