I have ordered a cake for my wife’s birthday and the same was delivered with completely spilled and was not edible . I tried to speak to the shop person and the guy on the other side was rude in speaking and was not ready to listen to the issue . He said that he is not responsible for the same and he cannot replace . These jerks don’t have any courtesy and was asking me to bring to the shop at midnight .

Ordered a ferrero cake.. it was as fresh as it could get.. delivered by swiggy in no time at all.. tasted brilliant.. visiting again surely..
I have ordered chocolate mud cake and they gave me a basic cake and its totally spilled worst shop dnt order from this shop very disappointing and when i called them they were like its ok and saying its not our mistake
