We have ordered twice from this place. Somehow they have never met the expectation. Our orderChicken Tikka Large pizza cheese burst and cokeThe order was through Swiggy. We paid 120Rs. Extra for cheese burst. However, the store called to confirm if it was cheese burst or not? So, we confirmed and waited for the order.When it was delivered, the pizza was in worst condition. – cheese had somehow come out of the pizza and was entirely on one side of the box- our cheese was only found in 4 slices out of which somehow one was spread over the pizza. – if it was served hot then the cheese should have been pouring out of the pizza when u cut it. Somehow the one that we received was too thick, giving a weird taste. We couldn’t complete it. – the edges of pizza were burnt and some where not even given proper finishing.- Chicken was not cooked properlyPlus, they forgot to give us Chilli Flakes and Oregano This is not the first time we ordered from Medleys. We have been ordering from other outlet in Kharghar (Review coming soon) but both have disappointed us. To an extent we are planning not to order again.If u guys are planning to put the blame on Swiggy for the man handling of our dear pizza then let me clear it. When we ordered from the store the story remains the same. There are not many eateries in Kharghar so try to improvise and give good quality food to ur customer.
Sorry guys! This is the least I have ever rated. For the benefit of neighborhood and for offering this outlet a feedback, here are my views:I had ordered a brownie for home delivery and I was not happy with the product that I was sent. I received chocolate syrup sandwiched between dry chocolate sponges and topped with same tasteless chocolate syrup. The price was good 65 rupees for this tiny piece of sandwich. Dear Medley’s Pizza, please do not serve your customers something that you do not have in stock or that you can not prepare. Someone’s day can be spoiled by your such mistakes.I was confused after opening the box, so I cross checked my own order to see if I had by mistake ordered something else when I intended a brownie! Yes, I had very much ordered a brownie and received this —— something.Alternatives: Better brownies that I have had in Kharghar – Sizzling brownie at Royal Tulip, Chocolate Brownie at Ribbons and Balloons and Walnut brownie at Succulence Do I Recommend: Not for Brownie
amazing food. worth the price. has good ambience. staff people are very much professional. i am happy that there are two medleys outlets in kharghar.
Useful n ridiculous pizzas. Cant eat. No veggies, no chicken. Don knw y they r selling n who r buying dese pizzas. Total wastage of money, better to strave
