Ordered a Red velvet cake for a friend in Pune. They got it delivered at mid-night and my friend totally loved it. Awesome service, beautiful and tasty cakes. 😀
I ordered a Blueberry Cheesecake from here. The Customer Service was seriously awesome. The interaction was informal but courteous. On the first delivery, there was an accident midway and the cake got damaged. They were prompt to bake another in a very short period. Not many restaurants take their customers so seriously.
I had ordered a Kitkat cake and had asked for home delivery. The cake was delicious so yummy and very well presented. Everyone just loved the cake!!Well done Doughman!!The good thing also was that they offered home delivery even for half kg cake on the same day which other big bakeries refused to give. Looking forward to tasting more of your cakes.
My very first review on Zomato and I’m so glad it’s for Doughman. This review has been pending for a few days now.I ordered a Red Velvet cake for my hubby’s birthday and I was bowled over by their taste. What made me order from here was the home delivery option, at any time, and that was just what I needed. Definitely managed to surprise the Man of the House! As far as the cake is concerned, I can definitely say it was worth every penny. Found it to be even better than Fat Cat’s (which is saying something). Keep it up Doughman!
I looked at the Doughman ad on the zomato side bar, read some reviews, checked out their photos & got in touch with the store. Right through to helping me out with choosing a flavour to deciding the perfect shape till the delivery; i had perfect experience with Doughman folks. I experienced highly personal and customized gesture.I ordered ‘Red Velvet Cheese & Cream Cake’ 1kg. It was PERFECT. The occasion was my 5th anniversary and for a change I decided to order something other than Chocolate. My husband and I loved the cake, the taste was just unexpected; too lovely to explain. The icing melted in mouth & the cake base was full of surprises. My husband has thanked me so many times for ordering this cake that my money and efforts spent on researching and coordinating are nothing in front of it. You MUST try this cake. I am sure even other flavours might be as good as this one. Cant wait to try something new. Thanks guys for making our day special with your mind blowing cake n personal touch.
It was a friend’s birthday. Had ordered a red velvet cake. They delivered it to our place. It was one of the best cheese cakes I have ever tasted. Very soft, well balanced sweetness. It definitely added value to our party. Thank you dough man!
