Today I visited this restaurant, it was terrible experience. I ordered chicken thali but they had served mutton thali. Looking at thali I had cross check with waiter but they told its chicken thali. After eating it was mutton thali. When I complained this, they told it will take more 15 min. Served Rice was also not cooked well. After multiple complaints they have given foolish reasons on this. Finally I had quit my dinner in between by paying my bill because of unprofessional way of handling such a situation.Also last month similar kind of experience I had. They served thali which was not even warm. They are really unprofessional. Hotel ambience is good but service and food is really pathetic.Very underrated restaurants.Due to today’s experience I have been forced myself to give this rating and worst feedback.Don’t plan to go here specifically on holidays.
Tried mutton thali here. It was excellent. A must try restaurant. Interiors are good. Ambiance is great. Nice staff. Located at prime location near D- mart. But do not dare to order chicken lollipop from here, you will receive totally raw chicken inside flour. Today I received totally raw chicken instead of lollipop. This wasn’t expected at all. Had to throw all lollipops in garbage.
