Special Mutton Biryani from Kolkata Darbar-NIBM. The subtle aroma,the beautiful long grained basmati rice, tender meat, alongwith mera pyaara aloo(potato) n anda(egg) was a fulfilling meal in itself. The Kolkata biryani is less in oil n spices making it a light eat. There is a subtle hint of rosewater along with saffron. This is one delectable delight quiet different from the usual masala ridden biryani’s. One more thing, you don’t need any accompaniments like raita or salad with this. Bas Biryani n the heavenly aloo kaafi hai!!!!
