The cakes are excellent and I have been buying from this place or quite some time now. For the quality and the price offered, this place is highly underrated.
Great fresh cream cakes. Have been picking up cakes here for over a year and they are moist, fluffy and delicious. Also like that the cakes are pretty fresh.
Cake was good. But service was POOR. The cake price shown on the website was 400 bucks. When the person came at 10.30 am to deliver the cake he asked for 440 bucks stating 40 rs is the delivery charge, which wasn’t mentioned on the site plus 40 rs for delivery within 2kms! Who takes that?? Moreover, the person didn’t come with any change in hand and simply went back with 500 rs note. Therefore, I had to go all the way to his shop at night 9 pm to collect 60 rs change. Worst was, even after expressing my inconvenience to the shop keeper he gave me some crappy explanation & didn’t have any courtesy to apologise or return back my 100 bucks knowing the fact that it was bcoz he didn’t get the change I had to travel all the way to his shop at night to collect the change. Would never order nor recommend anything from here again. Very disappointed!

If you are passionate about cakes, I am sure you will find the owner Piyush’s passion for making awesome cakes even more. TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE STEREOTYPE BAKERIES OR CAKE SHOPS. LOYAL IS ALL ABOUT TREATING CUSTOMERS TO FABULOUS CAKE WITHOUT BURNING A HOLE IN YOUR POCKET. BEST PART IS THAT IF YOU HAVE A DESIGN OR IDEA IN MIND YOU CAN JUST LET HIM KNOW. HIS EXPERTISE COUPLED WITH YOUR IDEA WILL MAKE YOUR DREAM CAKE COME TO LIFE AND WILL LEAVE PEOPLE CRAVING FOR MORE. AWESOME JOB DUE. I AM FLOORED.
This is one bakery in this surrounding which makes awesome cakes and pasteries. Best thing about them is that there cakes are made just above their shop.I ordered a Chocolate cake on my wedding anniversary and they delivered at 11:30 PM without charging anything extra as it was the first time I ordered. Must try is there Multi fruit pastry with layers of fruit pulp.Regards,Abhishek Chourasia
