Om Pure Veg caters to tastes of the Indian aam aadmi for street food at very reasonable rates in an averagely clean & hygienic ambience. Good quality pav bhaji, dosa, vadas, idlis & juices/coffee. Efficient staff & service.Their waiters told them that steel tables & chairs were easy to clean, maintain & longer lasting. So, it is all about steel.Perhaps, the management should have given a little thought for the comfort of customers. Charge 2% extra but do offer some soft seating while dining, so that after an hour of sitting, one does not feel discomfort. Even the Railways has replaced all wooden seats with cushioned ones. Buses as well. Why not you, Om? Pure veg is good but all steel might not be the perfect idea.
