Have never been to the outlet. Have ordered online multiple times. It has never disappointed.Kebabwala is my go-to delivery option for kebabs. The name says it all. Have tried many of their non-veg kebabs.Their Reshmi Kebab with Roomali Roti is my personal favourite.
I had ordered thrice from this restaurant. The first two experience was good and but third time recently yesterday I ordered chicken pahadi and it had so much of salt and absolutely unable to eat. I informed this restaurant about it so they told me that they would send me the food again if rider is available. The Zomato didn’t provide rider neither the restaurant later cooperated and Zomato told us to make an exception and this is our mistake and they shall provide me better service next time. It was the worst experience to had such service and it was very disappointing that place like kebabwala where I loved to had chicken served such a pathetic food.
I order for veg garlic rice I got chicken. But however I informed the resturant .the guy responded will send sum one to change bt no one arrived. Tried calling and texting the person no reply for calls ya WhatsApp msg. Very pathetic service experience. At least have the courtesy to accept the mistake n reply to the customer. Waste of money as well
Very good place, food is tastyStarters are awesome and chicken seekh biryani is mouth watering. You must try, you will love the food and place too
Please work on sause and chutney served as no taste at all,chicken was good and consumable along with the soup ordered.Also accept our order on time when placed thru Zomato app
