Being a die-hard Biryani lover, I don’t think there is any place that serves biryani in Pune & I haven’t tasted it. I seldom give reviews, but this new place in surajnagar, kothnrud is an exception. An open see-through kitchen, very neat n tidy gives the impression of next level hygiene. Ordered 1 mutton biryani, 1 chicken biryani for 2 of us. I haven’t ever experienced biryani that doesn’t drip with thick oil, but this one had hardly any oil. The aromas of the spices were so fragrant, and the taste- I can vouch- I tasted the best biryani in Pune. Quite big pieces of both mutton & chicken- perfectly succulent had not lost their juices, spiced to perfection. The portion was so big that we had to invite 3rd friend to finish. Their raita is green, quite different & too delicious. They told me that they don’t use any artificial, chemical colors in their biryanis hence attached the snap. That’s great! Highly recommended- I am very glad I found the most authentic biryani here.
