  Kharwas, the local term for bovine colostrum and also known as cheek, ginnu, junnu, geen, bari and so on in other languages is a sweet steamed pudding made out of the first milk from cows and buffaloes after they give birth.This when slightly sweetened and steamed, sets into a milky jelly like form without the use of any setting agents. It’s healthy and delicious.I remember my mum making this when I was a child. So I was consumed by nostalgia when I came across Kharwas & More on Uber Eats; just like those who have had it before but cannot find it now, though you can find a few selling it on carts which may not be pure cheek as china grass may have been added in it. But fret not, Kharwas & More is here to give you a taste of your childhood!!Kharwas is made with jaggery or sugar and Kharwas & More offer both in two sizes, that’s 100 mg and 250 mg. In excitement, I ordered 4 jaggery kharwas of 250 gms each via Uber Eats. The added saffron, cardamon, nutmeg and ginger gave it a nice mild lovely flavour. The texture was silky and it melted in my mouth. The packaging was good and there was no spillage.I don’t know how old or new is this place since I came across it only yesterday, but Kharwas & More is definitely a great find for all kharwas lovers!!Taste: 4.5/5Packaging: 5/5

  Very fresh and nicely made. I had ordered the one with jiggery and I must say that every bite was simply yummy. also sweet was very mild, which means even people will diabetic can enjoy. I will buy from this place again and again
