Punjab Canteen PC is a Pure Veg North Indian specialty restaurant located in Kumar Parisar area, this place was on my list since long time and finally I managed to visit PC last month. The Menu is quite vast with option in Chaat, Paratha’s Tandoor Thalis, Special Paratha Thali’s and a la carte dishes as well. As it was a quick visit I decide to try paratha, I tried Lasooni Dal Paratha which had channa dal and garlic based stuffing and was served along with aloo sabji, boondi raita. The paratha was well roasted and the stuffing was superb in taste. Price Rs 147/- Overall: Food quality was excellent and pricing was reasonable, restaurant was hygienic, the staff was polite, my expectations from this place has increased a lot and I am going back soon to try other option from the menu. Location: Kumar Parisar, Near Mahatma Society, Kothrud, Pune.

Special mention to thali as it had some amazing chole and daal makhni. Though the raita disappointed big time as it was just buttermilk with some bundi.Ambience :3.5/5Service :4/5Taste: 4/5Value for money : 4/5Suggestion to the managememt: Please improve your raita as this is common issue as read from other reviews. Definitely recommended for the love of Parathas! Of them all , Aloo is definitely worth a try! Their portion size is so big that you can easily go full in a single paratha ! So think before you order, honestly speaking 2 Parathas are good enough for 3 people, if not you can order later! We 3 couldn’t finish 3 and had to parcel most of it! I tried that Dahi Bhalla, Hara Bhara Kebabs and Parathas! More than everything this place gives you wholesome good with good taste and value for money!
