A typical roadside Chinese thela. Nothing more. Cook is adept at making all the popular Chinese dishes like noodles, fried rice and manchurian. I suspect he uses the same sauce as base for both veg and non veg options. A very Indian taste to the Chinese dishes, something that we have come to expect out of roadside thelas.
