The best South Indian hotel in kothrud. Food for low price and good quality. This is my go to restaurent. I have tried thali, amul paav bhaji, raagi special rava dosa and podi idli. All the dishes are tasty and of good quality. Location is really good. Staff is very polite and service is very good. They have watchman at the entrance and he is very polite. I love this place.
Tucked away on a small Street in Kothrud, we found Sri Krishna Anand Bhavan. While this restaurant is quite well known in South, I hadn’t seen one here in Pune. So of course I had to try!They serve not only South Indian but also other snacks or food like French fries etc.We had Cheese masala pav which was very good. Lots of cheese and delicious filling inside.The vegetable cutlet could be better. It was good but something was missing which I can’t put a finger on.We also had podi idli which was average and lacked sufficient podi powder.The #gheepodidosa was delicious! Really liked it. Crispy Dosa with ghee and podi powder with the sambhar and red chutney was scrumptious.#filtercoffee was heaven. Couldn’t stop drinking it.And the coffee caramel custard was equally good and jiggly.Overall good food and most visit for ppl who like South Indian.

Paired with the tomato chutney, they are awesome!Masala idli, medu wadas, and masala dosa are great too.Their sambaar is fantastic, but rasam is even better!
