  This is a small cozy ice-cream parlour in Kothrud near MIT college. What’s different about ice-creams at Yollops?Well they are 100% milk based ice-creams and they are made with natural ingredients hence giving each ice-cream it’s own unique texture and fresh flavour. Also they have some unique traditional flavours like Puran Poli, Boondi Laddoo, Cutting Chai, Besan Laddoo, Modak, Motichoor, Banarasi Meetha Pan etc. along with other usual flavours.I tried : 1) Combination of Banarasi Meetha Pan & Ultra Dark Chocolate : I did this combination because the intense chocolate flavour of Ultra Dark Chocolate went really well with the sweet flavour of Banarasi Meetha Pan. The Banarasi Meetha Pan actually had the Paan shredded and infused in the ice cream which gave it not only that original Paan like flavour but also the texture. I have had Paan ice creams at other places before but they never felt natural but this one definitely did!!2) Puran Poli : This flavour can be a little tricky for some people because we are used to that Poli and soft Puran texture and this ice-cream nails the flavour of Purani Poli but in a ice-cream like milky texture. Loved it!!3) Dark Chocolate Cookie : This was a Dark chocolate ice cream as the name suggests but it was not as dark as a Belgian chocolate, it was more on the lighter side of it with cookies crushed and infused in it which gave it a nice texture too.4) Cutting Chai : Again some people will find this flavour really weird because we are used to sipping that hot chai and spot on flavour of Chai in a ice-cream form confuses us a bit but trust me once the texture and temperature grows on you a bit you’ll understand that this flavour something unique and really good!Overall it’s a really nice place to visit for some amazing ice-creams and also it’s value for money considering that it’s made with 100% milk and natural ingredients!

  YollopsIt is a wonderful place located in kothrud. This place is famous for ice-creams. Ice-cream, the thing we are well known from our childhood. Now the ice-cream is developing a lots of new and interesting flavours. This place is very cool where you get 40 unique and pure flavours of ice-cream. The staff is super friendly and polite they will suggest andguide you best ideas about ice cream. They serve total pure and rich ice cream which are made from milk and the pure flavour ingredients itself. They dont add any type of essence in the ice cream, or any other preservative or colors.When we visited this place we tasted some old and some new unique flavours like modak, besan laddoo, gulkand, Puranpoli, Thandai, Meetha pan, Salted caramel, Red chilli bite, Caramelised ginger, Bondi laddoo, Cutting Chai biscuit, Chikmangular filter coffee, Hazelnut, Avocado, Green tea (Japanese Matcha), French vanilla, Vanilla, Black seasame, Orange Cheesecake, Fruit Cake, Nawabi cashew, Pista, Roasted Almond, Tender coconut, Guava, Sitafal, Pineapple,Strawberry, Anjeer, Ultra Dark Chocolate, Dark chocolate cookie, Chocomint. We missed the til gul ice cream as it was not available at that moment, but surely we gonna visit again to have that. After the tasting we took 5 flavours which we liked.1)Orange Cheesecake: This was the flavour which I felt a unique one, it tasted very soothy and after the ice cream melted in mouth the proper orange taste was experienced. If you want to try something different and unique try this one.2)Thandai : Well known as Raj Bhog. This was so fresh and smooth and had a proper taste. If you eat this one this place will be your favourite one compared to other places.3)Banarasi Meetha pan : This ice cream had a pleasant and pure taste of pan which we eat outside. They didn’t use any other flavour or preservatives. It was purely made from the leaf.4)Chikmangalur Coffee: The ones who love coffee this ice cream is perfect from them. The original taste of filter coffee was experienced after having this ice cream. The taste was too good and awesome. 5)Mixture of Dark Chiocolate and Ultra Dark Chocolate : To be honest those who love dark chocolate will surely love this one .The proper and pure taste of dark chocolate and the smell while you eat it are soo good.Overall this is the perfect place to have ice creams, now they are also planning to open a second outlet in the baner area and will surely visit there too .Also they provide special discount for college students and the rates here are pocket friendly. It was a very good experience visiting here.

  WowThis was my 1st expressions after having taste of all the flavors of ice cream.This is small ice cream shop, which serves like no where else flavors. And you will be amazed to knw how they make it and hot it tastes.They have almost 40 unique flavors from Chai Biscuits to Masala Pan, from Puran Poli to Modak.Every ice cream is unique in taste.They never use any type of essence in the icecream bt just the pure ingredients. If you want to have vanilla icecream, they will directly make it from vanila seeds and not from vanilla essences.Similarly with all the flavour.They have all international flavors as well as indian traditional dishes which are converted to ice cream.Must visit.

  First of all Yollops is my top on my list! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLACE EVER for ice cream. i am out of words to explain how great my experience was! this new ice cream parlor is located near legendary Durga cafe. Ambiance is good. but i am more impressed with variety of different types of flavors served here.From basic flavors to traditional flavors, All perfection,Blueberry cheesecake ice cream: Being a huge fan of blueberry cheesecake, i was really excited to try this ice cream flavor and this one really blew my mind! Actual taste of a blueberry cheesecake in a ice cream form was a great treat for me. MUST TRY this flavor!Modak Ice cream: I felt like eating typical modak in frozen form, Actual taste of that saran stuffed in modak makes this flavor so perfect. Yollops maintained the authentic taste of modak, hats off!Chik manglore coffee ice cream: All filter coffee addicts must try this! strong coffee taste in ice cream, what else you need?! Must try!Banarasi paan ice cream: I would prefer to have this ice cream over actual banarasi paan, because its a ice cream and there was the hint of chilled flavor of actual paan which stays long in your mouth and throat. perfect ice cream flavor for after dinner desert cravings!These were few of flavors i tried at yollops and there are many more to try!Confusion to choose the flavor at yollops is real>There are flavors like motichoor ladoo, gulkand, thandai, puran poli, naral vadi and thandai. apart from these there are chickoo, mango, sitaphal jamun and guava. one more flavor which is really rare and amazing is Cutting chai biskoot flavor, Give it a try, its amazing!thats all about a mind blowing experience at yollops.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLACE!Thank you so muchLive, Love, Eat! mh12foodie.wordpress.com

  This place undoubtedly deserves a 5 star rating! I travelled all the way from Katraj to Kothrud for having icecream at this lovely place and it was worth every second of my time! This shop serves the best icecream I’ve ever had, not kidding! They have such exotic and beautifully crafted flavours that anyone who visits is bound to get confused amongst a boatload of flavours! They are perfect for any age groups, from kids to adults and even oldies! All of the icecreams are made from natural flavours(the puran poli icecream literally had puran poli pieces!!). None of the icecreams have any artificial flavours and that is what makes them so yummy! My favorites were..1.Modak Icecream (5/5)Any modak lover will surely fall head over heels in love with this icecream! It literally contains the modak filling(Saran) and gives it an authentic taste!2.Chik Mangalore Coffee Icecream (5/5)Filter coffee in an icecream, Can anything ever be better than this? You can taste the filter coffee in it!3.Banarsi Paan Icecream (5/5)Pan lovers here’s your pick! This does not contain any artificial Paan flavour but has actual Banarasi Paan in the icecream!4.Turkish Hazelnut Icecream (5/5)The hazelnut icecreams I’ve had before have hazelnut pieces! But instead, this icecream has a Hazelnut flavour in itself! This one is something to die for!5.Blueberry Cheesecake Icecream (5/5)I really could not tell the difference between an actual cheesecake and this ice cream! The cream cheese and the blueberry compote flavours were soo on point, that they make you forget that you are having an icecream!They also have many other traditional flavours like besan ladoo, naral vadi, motichoor ladoo, gulkand, thandai and also some classic fruit flavours like jamun, chickoo, mango, sitaphal and guava! I highly recommend trying out each flavour because each one of it is perfect! You can really taste the effort they have put into making these unique flavours!Overall an amazing experience, infact the best experience I’ve ever had with icecreams! Keep up the great food! Would surely visit again! :)!
