Awful experience!A total bummer, the only saving grace was the appetizers which were, honey chilli chicken and the lotus stem dish. We ordered mocktails which were appalling. The Maroon man just tasted like a glass of canned guava juice and so did the elderflower drink which tasted like a glass of soda. We thought the food experience would pick up and we ordered bowl meals. The orange chicken bowl had noodles which were tasteless and bland. We had a disappointing experience and hope the branch learns something from this review.
Small place in the mall serving good food. Were lucky to find seating on a crowded weekend. The dim sums were fresh. We also tried the Phad Thai and Khao suey. Was on the spicier side though had requested for low spice. Service was prompt. Decent value for money. Overall a good place to stop by if you are looking for Asian options to eat at the mall
What a FLOP SHOW! I really wanted to visit this place since a long time. But when i visited, from food to service everything was a turndown. We called for Chicken Wonton soup. He drizzled oil that smelled awful. Got it replaced. While our soup didnt arrive he got our next order i.e. Changs Special Orange Chicken. Sorry but I dont know how is this dish the “most selling”. It had no flavour of orange & the chicken was uncooked from inside. Also my food ran cold. We called for Roasted Chili and Garlic Noodles which never seemed to come so we cancelled our order and just paid for the HORRENDOUS food we forcibly gulped. Bad service, bad food. I didnt want to give any stars but this was the minimum i could.
The ambience and vibe of the place was great.The service was fast and nice as well. The staff was courteous and helpful. But the quality of food was not that upto the mark. The sushi was very sweet more than it normally should be. And the pad Thai noodle meso soup did not have enough flavour in it. The wontons in the soup were delicious but the soup did miss some sort of flavour.
The perfect date spot inside a crowded mall.. The soft music, the food, and yes – the ambience made it just right for us – Max, the waiter on our table was quite courteous and helpful..A must visit place on your special dates!
Recently visited CHANG & CO at Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla. They serve a good variety of Pan Asian delicacies (mainly Chinese). We went for the black pepper chicken Taco (Bao) and believe us it was darn good. It was a perfect concoction of sweet & sour taste…In The Frame:1] Black Pepper Chicken Asian Tacos.2] Teriyaki Chicken Bowl: The bowl carried sticky rice along with exotic Asian veggies, chicken in teriyaki sauce and 2 pieces of Thai spring rolls. The Teriyaki sauce was appetizing and the chicken was nice and tender. And the baby corns were to die for!..The place is kinda small (can’t accommodate more than 14 – 15 ppl) however not an issue if you don’t hit around bustling hours. The place is indeed apt to enjoy your food and drinks. With tempting and enticing food and a peaceful environment, you end up spending a cherishable time at this place.
