I actually ordered this from other online food portal as I got confused with the name Ruchi Restaurant with Hotel Ruchi which was closed for ordering in Zomato. After ordering online, I just came here for double check and what I saw was disturbing. The ratings (2.7/5)Coming to the food, I was scared to death that the ratings here for this is so negative that I decided to cancel the order right away but they didn’t let me and deliver it forcefully. I am thankful for that because when I tasted it, they were amazing. Order Prawns Masala and Chicken Masala (4 pieces). Although the gravy tasted same but Prawns Masala (6 to 7 small pieces) was better, except the prawns were chewy/overcooked. (which I didn’t like). Plus the chicken was also rightly cooked. And to my expectations, it exceeded. I think sometimes the bad ratings can be deceiving and it depends on personal experience. My experience was good as the gravy was important to me and it tasted great.

Hotel RuchiThis hotel is placed in Powai. The is not that spacious. The services are bit slow. They need to work on a lot areas, like cleanliness, service, food.I had order Non. Veg Triple Schezwan Rice. The rice was properly cooked. It had that taste of schezwan sauce. But the egg served with it was taste less. It felt nothing while eating. The manchurian gravy served with it was also not that good. The manchurian balls were half cooked. They were not tasting good at all.This hotel needs to work a bit harder to improve themselves.
Yesterday, me and 2 friends went for lunch in Ruchi Hotel, we ordered 3 Manchurian Noodles, Noodles was good but we found Steel Scrubber Part inside in Manchurian gravy.when I called the Ruchi counter person and show him the Steel Scrub Part so he told me he can’t do anything because the cleaning guy has to used Steel Scrub for cleaning and the Steel Scrub Part will be broken, so he can’t stop this.This is disgusting, these guys just want to make his work simple, they don’t care about his customer health.this is the bad experience I had.You can see the photos-
