  While strolling across the mall, found this very chic and cute place located on the 2nd floor of Phoenix Marketcity mall. This place had a very cosy ambience with welcoming and friendly staff. Now coming to food we tried,Basil Exotic Pesto Pasta, creamy pesto sauce that tastes heavenly with exotic veggies and penne pasta. and Margherita pizza with add on toppings of your own choice we added zucchini and jalapeños and for drinks we tried their refreshing peach iced tea.   I had been to Italy in a box with my family at Phoenix Mall Kurla. The place was mostly packed on that day but luckily we got a table for 4 people.This place is like a self service place to order at the counterThe ambience is very good & highly recommend for all#italyinabox

  A good hangout place in town!We chose to eat at this beaut rather than the foodcourt at Pheonix Mall. About this place I woukd say – The ambience is amazing, nice place to meet friends and spend some good time. We ordered the Paprika White sauce Pasta and Mushroom Lasagne ❤️ THE LASAGNE WAS AMAZING! 4 stars. 1 for improvement in service.

  Nice cozy comfortable food. Very Indianised Italian food but exceptional service and quality. Everything is fresh! Made from scratch and served beautifully hot. The people are very friendly. The garlic bread, soup and pasta were extremely value for money and tastefully made. The pesto risotto lacked a bit of pesto intensity but the kitchen immediately sautéed the sauce and gave us on the side to add to the arborio rice. The pricing is fantastic and the place is extremely child friendly with games. Menu is not exhaustive but just right for the audience. They shouldn’t diversify into rolls as it just adds a more complexity to their kitchen inventory, the rice menu with sauce maybe a good addition. Ice tea is a bit too sweet but overall a great place.

They tend to serve delicious food with quality ambience; light music; and lovely hospitality.Their staff is what is really commendable which is too softspoken; customer friendly and offer great service.I had ordered-1. Pesto pizzaThis 7 inch pizza had a thin crust and offers a choice of toppings for us. I had choosed onion and corn topping. The pizza was really tempting.2.Aglio Formage pane exoticThe garlic bread served with a layer of melted cheese and also offers to choose between various toppings.I tasted the bread along with corn which was soft and had a decent presenation.The speciality of the franchise is that they make their OWN BREAD3. Italy in a box special bechamel pastaThis white sauced pasta was spicy and cheesy at the same time. They offer a choice between spagheti; penne; and other variants. I has tried penne which was really delicious4. Terzetto soupThis spicy vegetable soup contains all the ingredients of a perfect italian soup and it was lovely to have it5. Green apple iced teaRefreshing and tempting are the 2 words that describes the beverage which was really good at taste6. Ronaldo pizzaThis is 9 inch pizza which high amount of cheese and tomato slurry over a thin crust base which offers a great presentation and taste which is recommendable for all.7. Chipotle sauce with mixed veggies and herbs along with riceThe spicy sauce tossed with fresh veggies and herbs offer a great taste with quality rice is a perfect italian dish8. Double decker brownie with ice creamThis dessert completes the entire meal. The presentation; taste; sweetness and what not. The highlight of the entire meal.I completely enjoyed my outing here and would love re visit again.Food- 4.5/5Ambience- 4/5Staff- 5/5Overall- 4.5/5Happg eating!

  We tried – green apple iced tea , double decker chocolate brownie , wheat crust pizza , mixed sauce pasta and garlic bread , I must say , it’s a pretty inexpensive place and does provide decent food , surely affordable for college crowd , polite staff , cozy place

  Me and my friend were in phoneix market city mall for some shopping and we see this restaurant so we decided to have some food over here we had ordered here a margarita PIZZA the pizza was very much marvellous and yummmy and WHITE PENNA PASTA , CHOCOLATE BROWNIE AND A ICED TEA DRINK STRAWBERRY AND A WHITE RISOTTO OVER HERE EVERYTHING WAS VERY MUCH DELICIOUS AND YUMMM AND IT WAS NOT ALSO MUCH EXPENSIVE ALSO ITS AFFORDABLE FOR EVERYONE
