Waited for 10 minutes, no one even cared to clean the table
On New Year’s eve we ordered for home delivery 4 dishes which we were promised in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later when we didn’t get the order – i called to check and was told the order would come in 5 mins. Then when it was past a hour again i was told that i would get the order within 5 minutes. Then when I called 1.5 hours after placing the order – the person told me the food wasn’t even ready. I lost it and told him to cancel the order. Surprisingly that was the thing the person at the restaurant did promptly.So only order from this place in case you want to go hungry. Would have given 0 stars if i could.
I had visited mint leaf in the month of October 2019. That time services were really bad, ACs were not working, and staff was taking a lot of time to take and complete orders. When we left we were supposed to pay by cash or by Google Pay. When I transfered money using Google pay I was told that the account where the money got transferred is closed. Technically the transaction would have failed but it didn’t happen and money got transferred to closed account so for time being I transferred money to other account of mint leaf which is handled by the guy at the reception named Rahul Roy. Then from the next day I started chasing the manager(Sameer) for refund of the money and now it has been more than 3 months my money is at stake. Really bad experience with the outlet and with the people working there.When I visited the outlet for the talk there wasn’t a single person ready to take accountability of the issue.
It has been consistently deteriorating it’s food quality. I have been a regular from last 4 years but in my recent past, the food quality and the ambience has just not been up-to the standards which they had set few years ago.
