We were absolutely mesmerized as soon as we entered this place. It is by far one of the best party place which I’ve visited. It is located at the rooftop of Peninsula Grand hotel and is just outside Sakinaka station, so easily accessible. And the place has 2 sections, open & AC.Our mood was uplifted immediately after entering. This place has a really good vibe to it. The music played here is pretty good. There was a live performance when we went. Now coming to the food, the menu here is inspired by the middle east. The dishes have a arabian twist to it. We had the Middle Eastern Style Assorted Vegetables, Middle Eastern Tacos, Arabic Kabsa Rice & 3 bean Spaghetti. I’d really recommend to try out the arabic rice. I simply loved it. We had the traditional Baklava for the dessert. I’ve had much better Baklava than this. But it good and decent.I had a couple of cocktails, namely, Bull frog and Long sex on the beach. Loved both.Overall it was a really good experience.
Opa bar and cafe is situated near to sakinakka metro station in peninsula. This place has a beautiful, colorful, elegant and spacious ambience. The music over here is refreshing. The staff is welcoming and helpful. They guide you well and the service is quick. The food and drinks over here is really tasty. I ordered the following:**Food**Chicken Pita slidersChicken tagine with saffron**Drinks**Bull frog**Desserts**Chocolate expresso fudgeThe pita silders didn’t have any variation was a bit plain is taste but the main course was good. The drinks were also had a great variety and taste was amazing. This place is romantic and peaceful.
A beautiful place. This restaurant has got enough seating space. Ambiance is breathtaking. Just wow.Food is good and service is cordial.Tried a few cocktails. Bull frog is awesome.Fruit punch is a good option in mocktail. In food, pide is a must try appetizer.Tried a few other dishes and they were good.
Place that really stunned me with the energy and crowd.!Went to this place for team dinner and we really enjoyed the aura at this place. This place was full of energy and good vibes. Staff was very welcoming and really good service. Just loved the ambience and seating arrangement, it all reflects the middle east structures and feel.We tried all traditional food stuffs and I really loved their pita sliders and middle eastern tacos. Everything was delicious and presented very well. Their veg kabsa rice is definitely the thing which will make you visit the place again. It was literally lip smacking. We Got very good booze deals during opa hours. We tried traditional baklava and it was really delightful. Other desserts like chocolate Ganache was delicious too. This is must visit place and we really had a very great time dining at this place.
After so long, I visited a restaurant that had the ambiance full of serenity. The ambiance is just wow.We had a few cocktails and mocktails.Bull frog: Worth a choice. Vodka based cocktail with white rum in it. This one had tequila and gin too along with red Bull. Blue Curacao gave it a picturesque look. This had orange slices in it. With ice cubes.Sangria: Available in three different variant: red, white, and rose. I had rose wine. It was good. Full of apple chunks.Fruit punch: A mix of seasonal fruits. Topped with orange slice and cherry. It was refreshing with a decent amount of sugar in it.Virgin mojito: They had it right, perfectly sweetened. Fresh mint leaves and a perfect amount of soda in it. It was refreshing. Just ask them to make it your way and they will do so for you. I asked them it without sugar syrup, and they were more than happy to ponder my request. In food, we had a few appetizer and main course along with desserts.Eastern style assorted Vegetables: zaatar spiced veggies fried in oil. Veggies included capsicum, babycorn, potato, bell peppers. More of veggie pakoda. Fried perfectly. Served with labneh dip. It was awesome. Crispy and delicious.Roasted bell pepper pide: More of a pizza flavoured dish. Had a good amount of cheese. Feta cheese. Topped with olives and onions along with bell peppers. Crispy crust. Loved it. Crispy yet soft bread. In main course, we had vegetable tagine with saffron and raisin rice. It was indeed a good choice. Gravy goes well with the rice served. Rice were nicely cooked. A highly recommended main course. The gravy had zucchini, cauliflower, gram, olives, jalapeno broccoli, and bell peppers. It was a bit tangy. Rice were also served with veggies; arugula, cucumber, tomato, carrot, and bell peppers. The rice had raisins in it. The gravy had lemon pickle in it.Rosemary chicken with couscous: this had veggies in it, broccoli, babycorn, and zucchini. Perfectly grilled chicken pieces. Couscous was well cooked. A nice preparation. Must try main course. In dessert, we had chocolate fudge. It was Perfectly sweetened. Delicious. Flourless chocolate cake served with hazelnut.Overall, this is a nice place. Spacious. Ambiance is just wow. Service is cordial.
