Diamond Bar and Restro is so far the best place in Lonavala to dine.Ambiance is modern right from the entrance.Food quality is really great with Tandoori chicken Lollypops;mutton roganjosh and Mutton dum biryani are their stellar dishes.Only problem is of inadequate parking during rush hours. A valet service could really help!Service is top notch with all the staff very Courteous and humble.Please don’t miss this place when in lonavala.

was travelling from lonavala when went through this restaurant,close by from station though,very well done interiors with fish pond on entrance,board of special menu for a day,sitting space is also quite spacious,ac was either on low mode or off which made me uncomfortable.menu is very vast with different cuisines and reasonable rates.coming to food we orderd-veg crispy-was very crispy to core which made it dry and tasteless,even vegetables used where limited to bellpeppers and aubergine and quantity was very less,it lacked saucy n glazy texture and was okay t my palate.veg manchow soup-soup are the one i like though here it was different case,soup was much sour and almost tasted very differently,mushrroms where used in much quantity which gave it more earthy flavour,overpowering taste of soup.paneer achari (suggested by server)-this tasted good and was presented like a sandwich with minty filling in middle of two paneer,though it ran out soon n was missing of butter other than this it was very nice.veg schezwan fried rice-another disaster and dissappoinment. their schewan sauce was very much sweet instead of spicy ,vegetables in rice where countable and also lacked basic seasoning.service-servers where really helpful and decent with proper knowldege about menu.they took care of looking at our table with utmost care,very much impressed with their service part.
Damn good service and excellent food!Travelling all the way till Lonavala and want to stop by for a delicious meal – IT HAS TO BE THIS PLACE! You can easily find them in the busiest and very common street in Lonavala. It’s right opposite Kumar Resort’s Restaurant.I loved their non vegetarian dishes more than veg though.Thier butter roti’s where super soft and I really felt like I was having naan. Their kulcha’s are heavy and tasted good too!Tried butter garlic prawns for appetizers and loved it. Though I would suggest they use bigger sized prawns since the quality was amazing, but quantity seems to be less because of the size.Similarly with prawns fried rice, I felt they used really tiny sized prawns hence it lacked the expected taste and felt more like egg fried rice.Thier boondi raita’s and pineapple raita’s were good and we repeatedly order for those.We also tried Dal Gosht (mutton) which was something I tried for the first time. Not very fond of mutton but still tried the Dal / gravy. It had a very strong flavour and taste of the mutton pieces.The management and staff were very polite and quick. The place kept being crowded and people kept coming in so the place was always full. But the staff took care of all our needs and requirements. And even after so many tables being full, they did get our non vegetarian dishes on time which was great!. (Not too early / late )5/5 for food as well as hospitality!
Have been here before, food is superb n more, tje starters and biryani was too good the live music is fun. Staff is courteous. All in all a good experience.
If one is planning a trip to Lonavala, and wish to have good affordable food with a glass of whiskey or pint of beer this is the place to be. And if it is a weekend, there’s live music added to it in the evenings. The food, be it North Indian or Chinese, is equally tasty and delicious. Service is very good, well maintained place with a wide range of alcohol also available.
