The food was absolutely tasteless, the staff was improper, the taxes were very high, as compared to any other place in Pune, It was absolutely rubbish hotel, waste of money totally, no food satisfaction + no customer satisfaction, food was absolutely stale with high rates.Sheesha was herbal with soo high rates! Not worth restaurant! Complete wastage of money and time!Total disappointment, I suggest please go to Della or some other good place instead of wasting time and money for this really cheap restaurant with no bad service!Not a single person was there when we were present(no crowd) still the person was not at all interested in serving us! He directly told us that flavour jal gaya hai ab coal nahi hai in just one hour! How silly! We roam to 100 hookah places worldwide and still not a single person have given me this lame reason of not serving! No doubt why there was not a single person in there restaurant!

Bg’s Hookah lounge One of a kind Rooftop hookah place in lonavala. I think this is a first for lonavala. Perfect place to unwind on a lazy weekend. They screen football matches as well. Staff was courteous and well mannered.
Nice ambiance with so many hookah options and food was also so tasty must try the Arabian special pan hookah with redbull base.But the limit of 3 pepole is not good on 1 hookah
Went for a day trip to Lonavala as it was holiday and stock market was closed.Went to Triose Plaza to watch a movie newly released MIRZYA & hence be in AC in the afternoon.It was playing in the 40 seater screen. Min 4 people needed & they would start the movie.It was just me & my wife. So we went to this place Hookah Lounge to wait for two more people to turn up for this movie.Just had french fries to spend time &wait.Place is really done up well & good flavour options in Hookah.Friendly staff and Good location Do visit if in Lonavala PS : No one turned up and we could not watch the movie
There is nothing unique about this hookah place that you wouldn’t find in any other ones. Starting from the brilliantly shimmering cushion covers of gold, brown and silver varieties to the sofas and the decor, it feels just like any other hookah bar.The only good thing about this place was the crowd. Triose has been a norms defying infrastructure in Lonavala for quite sometime. The hookah flavours were variously arranged in the menu according to the price range. Our attendant had suggested us to go with NIRVANA with CLOUDY LIME which apparently was the hottest choice of their venue in recent times. We didn’t doubt him for a second and went on with ordering it.To our surprise, it actually was better than it was supposed to be and we were impressed. They use a special kind of coal which i haven’t seen anywhere which also made the choking capacity of it lot more lesser with more flavour barging in rather than pure smoke.We ended up ordering a Peach Iced Tea too, and that too didn’t turn out to be bad either.Hookah Place is worth a try if you are looking for some non-shady hookah parlour with crowds that don’t judge you.
