This restaurant is located inside of rythm resort, lonavla on the first floor. we checked in the resort at 4pm and had dinner the same night and breakfast the next morning.we visited this restaurant with three adults and two kids in March 2018. all Meals provided was absolute below average cold food on top of an induction, limited non veg option, variety of food is not upto even normal standard, makes one suspicious about the quality of food (when asked they replied – all inductions went off at the same time, we will reheat your food in the microwave).when asked the restaurant staff for a complaint book or a feedback form. they started refusing that they cant find at the moment and when i spoke to the management they were extremely non cooperative. in fact couple of other friends also ended up with the same ugly experience when they visited the restaurant for a dinner couple of weeeks back in the month of april. faced a lot of inconvenience in the room also.Rooms are good but maintenance of rooms was absolutely horrendous. There were multiple problems in the room which took rigorous follow-up and they provided an option in the middle of the night, by asking us to shift to a different room with two small kids (who were already in deep sleep). Cooperation of staff was extremely unfriendly and poor customer service. Location is very good near the main market. Stay only if you have no other options left in whole of lonavala city. Actually we started experiencing poor cooling and it was all centralized so even if we change the temp to lowest it didn’t do cooling at all. We started following up with them from 8:30 pm and the maintenance person came not once but twice ensuring us that cooling will get normal. Post midnight they called us and asked us to shift to a different room. With two kids and three adults and lot luggage we just slept under a fan and bad room temperature. The staff were totally refusing to accept the fact just because we made full payment in advance.Overall a very average resort. The property is easy to find. Room size are decent with one seating area in balcony, Bed area and a Big toilet with Dress area are decent. What is not good is the quality of fixtures, The light wasn’t sufficient (Too dim). However one has to wait a lot of time to hot water could come from shower. Also after one use it took a lot of time for heating up. The people are friendly however (Maybe because of poor service to offer) the food was not up to the mark. All the hot items on the buffet were cold. Also it took time to deliver the ordered food. Indian breakfast was nice but customized food items were limited to only few.All in all a bad experience with lot of discomforts in the middle of the night. Great property that needs professional handlers and team.Spoke to staff name Santosh from the hotel after we gave them feedback but haven’t heard back from the hotel management till date for any re embarrassment, refund or any other offerings.

This cafe is situated in Rhythm Resort, Lonavala. We were here for some event & after finishing our event we went to this cafe to fulfil our hunger pangs. They had two options available. Dine In & Buffet.. After looking at their buffet menu we didn’t find it intresting & worth so we chose to dine in. They have good options in their menu & the service is also quick but the sad part is waiters were not attentive. We had to literally scream and call them to place an order. We had veg & non veg both. Food is worth to what you pay.
We were at Rhythm for Sunday lunch. The resort is too good. It has elegant ambiance with courteous and warm staff. We opted for lunch buffet. Taste was awesome. However, they charge 1600 per person for the buffet spread and the spread was not that great as per the charge. Also, we had a look at one of the rooms. The room was very nice and cosy with a sit-out. The room is charged @6000-7000 per day. Also, the room is not that great for such a high price. I felt that this is a wonderful place to spend your weekend, great service and food, but over-priced.
Bad cocktails. The most flat and light tasting mojito ever. They supposedly made me another one but that also tasted like artificial sweetener type. Not at all refreshing.And they insisted that I pay also for it.Full glass of mojito goes down the drain and they give me a visiting card of one Mahesh khandagale. Not sure what I should do with it.Not worthy of 5 star hotel.Update June 17 2019. This restaurant is in the premises of the Rhythm resort. The food is expensive compared to the taste and quantity. The staff however is attentive and helpful. The ambience is good and the crowd is also decent.
Stayed at the Rhythm Resort for a couple of days and this is the restaurant which served the breakfast and buffet dinner. They are good at Chinese dishes like the Schezwan/Hot Garlic chicken, Veg fried rice. They also make good sheera/poha for breakfast. On the flip side, pasta was horrible – no taste, uncooked. Croissants served for breakfast varied – some days good, other days bad. Consistency is what this place is lacking.Service manager was very courteous though and was always available for any assistance needed.
