Worst service and food. Staff are unprofessional who need basic hospitality training. Had team party for about 25 to 30 pax. No proper arrangements made. The lawn which they have was given on rent for some functions still they took our booking without informing.
This restaurant is late night thats why we had came at this place but very pathetic srvice and staff. Specially manager is very rude to their customers. We shall never back this place again.
We were very regular visitor to this place, problem were some insect apper in beer which we can’t drink it nobody does this. When we spoken to manager he said its not our fault. Yes we understand that it was’t his fault but we were seating on their place we really aspecting to have a pint replacement but manager said its not our fault we can’t do it you have order another bottle. Later 20 minute arguing and spoiling our mood he sent us pint which we can’t accept it. It’s really rude manager and disappointed night, we thought we shall never visit back this place. Dear owner of this place if you read it really u will know the condition of restaurant and management.

Guys seriously you have a good place but food matters end of the day .
If you care about your peoples, time, food, the crowd surrounded by your tables, then please guys don’t even think about this. Go some where else there are many places better than this in best location with Dance floors like kharadi. Please Don’t believe me, Read all reviews first, then decide. Its your call
This is the worst experience i have ever had, been around the world but this was the worst place i have ever been to. If you love-respect your time and money, i would not suggest you to visit or even give a thought about this place.1. Food quality was extremely bad2. Service was late3. Ambience is boring4. There was no music whatsoever, dance floor is for name only. Music system does not work5. Rates are higher than a luxury hotel/bar6. The staff is extremely rude and they do not understand a word you say. They will do exactly opposite of what you ask them to do.7. They are fraud, they will fool you with duplicate liquor8. We went to kitchen to check it out, the kitchen was surrounded by rats and was supremely un-higenic.9. There was no higine about Veg and non-veg as well, we literally saw the cook cooking veg non-veg in the same utensils.10. When we confronted The owner regarding all of these issues, he’s reaction was even worst than the whole experience. He literally started abusing us and threatened us and lastly they charged litrally 1.5x more money.
Ridiculous Service.. we visited this place for my dad’d bday celebration. 4 adults with one kid..And we return back home without eating anything. We waited for almost 1.5 hrs.. but nothing we get to eat. While leaving.. they give us bill of mocktails we ordered and they did not forget to add Rs. 60 for water bottle. On top of that, no apologies from manager at all.
