Pathetic is understament! You charge for my food so first thing it’s not free service. I pay extra only because I like something, so you deciding to send order customizing the way you want doesn’t work. I order chapati you send roti where there is 100% more price difference, For a kulcha a another thick roti,for mutton handi a butter chicken gravy. Also why on earth it was considered ok not to ask anything for you cheap price replacements. If you CANT fullfill the order bloody just cancel atleast hungry customer is paying don’t have to be empty stomach where the food is just worthy to be thrown in dustbin.Height of tolerance is this being aware of this conscious mistake you decide to switch of the service phone. One advice to Zomato pls do ensure these feedbacks are taken seriously and given to restaurants as we have been loyal customers and your app status at stake due to this ignorance.
