I didn’t know the branch of iconic Afzal Sweets of Mahim exists in Mira Road, until I saw the addresses of its 3 branches on its delivery bag!They have different varieties in delicious Aflatoons and Halwa. I tried their special Aflatoon and pineapple, mango, dudhi and anjeer halwa. They are awesome. I am fan of their Gulab Jamuns, which they serve in 2 varieties: One is round shape Kala Jamun type of Gulab Jamun which is red inside. Its one of the Best Gulab Jamuns in the city. Another variety is normal Gulab Jumun with long oval shape, which is also tasty. I don’t see the similar crowd here in this Mira Road branch, compared to Mahim branch which is very crowded in the evening/night.
